Purpose and retention
The data is used for a reply and a potential service discussion, then retained only as needed for communication and legal obligations.
Server copy retention
The server copy of a contact enquiry is kept for up to 90 days after the notification is handed to the mail system, or up to 180 days from receipt if the notification is not handed off. Business correspondence and backups have separate retention periods.
